Mysterious Washington

Hiking Up the Ira Spring Trail and Mason Lake

One thing I love about living in the Northwest is its great outdoor. I had a chance to hike up the Ira Spring Trail and Mason Lake last month just before the temperature dropped. This is a popular trail as it is so gorgeous. A couple of friends and I were there on a rainy day and the parking lot was almost full. The trail is about an hour away from Seattle in the Snoqualmie Pass. I appreciated the rainfall – it made the trail look like a scene from the movie Twilight.

The pictures do not really do this place justice.
